The following retrieval processes are one of the most important factors in filebank's success. Keep in mind, a retrieval request can be done in real-time using filebank's electronic document center software.
- Same-day service: tapes, files or cartons requested before 12 noon will be delivered by 5:00 p.m. on the same business day.
- 3 hour rush service is available: tapes, files or cartons requested between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. will be delivered within 3 hours of receiving your request.
- Rush service is also available: tapes, files or cartons requested between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. will be delivered within 90 minutes of receiving your request.
- Emergency retrieval services are available from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. Any files, cartons or vital records requested during this time will be delivered within 90 minutes of receiving your request.
*Only those persons on your authorization list, will be given access to tapes, cartons and files being stored at our facility.
